If needed, how do I Return & Exchange Items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Student Union purchase, we will glady accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, preferably United Parcel Service(UPS) . Your card will be promptly credited(less the initial shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be mailed to your shipping address (Return merchandise after 14 days of receipt of purchase OR without sales receipt will only be given current store price credit, less the $10.00 re-stocking fee ). Holiday and Seasonal theme merchandise will be allowed for returns 14 days after the calendar Holiday date (i.e. Christmas merchandise can be returned for entire refund up to 14 days after December 25th).
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the original receipt and message.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Student Union is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, Student Union will reimburse the return shipping charges.
All items ship from our warehouse in NYC.
The lead time on the majority of our products is 1-2 days.
You should receive your item(s) within 1-3 days of ordering. Please note, shipping estimates and calculations are provided directly by USPS.
Two day express delivery is available, and you will receive your item within 48 hours if you order before 12pm.
For Two day express delivery please select Priority Mail at the checkout.
This is available within the US and is applicable to weekday shipping only. Please note: Two day express delivery does not include Sundays.
